Reply誤爆防止機能

タイムラインの表示更新時に、表示が完了するまでタイムライン部分のタップを無効にするなど、Reply関連操作をできなくしたらReplyの誤爆が減るような気がします。

r126で、そもそも新着tweetがあった場合でも、スクロールさせないというオプションを作成。あと、アイコン押下時に、アイコンをglowさせるようにしてみたので、押したかどうかは判別できるようになった。とりあえずclose
