friend_timelineのcount, since_id対応

count指定で最大200件取得できることが判ったので、指定できるようにする。

- State changed from “new” to “hold”
r172(1.02としてリリース)で、仮対応を行った。200件読みこみだと、XMLのパースが3秒ぐらいかかり、 その他と合せると、10秒以上かかる。ので、オプション扱いとした。fetching count で設定した件数でcount指定で読み込まれる。since_idは最新のものを取得する際には、常に追加するようにしてみた。
