未読管理機能の見直し

タイムラインの流れが緩やかなユーザーさんの場合、未読管理が重要だったりするので、キャッシュがちゃんと残っていた方が良かったりする。

ちなみに1.05では再起動時に未読がリセット(すべて既読に)されてしまいます。
